Multigrain French Toast w/ Blueberries and Cinnamon
Quick delicious breakfast with multigrain bakery bread (I used one with sesame seeds on the crust) dipped in a mixture of egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Brown to perfection, and dust with cinnamon-sugar and fresh blueberries.
I have no prior experience cooking and just started my attempts this summer. My dishes are inspired by other recipes, but I simplify them or change them depending on what I have or what is available to me easily. I don't have the budget to buy a bunch of ingredients per recipe, so I keep it simple by using delicious fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers market. I am also limited by my tiny college apartment kitchen with a limited selection of dishes and supplies. Basically, what I make is possible for anybody!!
